Donna is not only my sister, but my sister in Christ and a beautiful lady, full of talent and giftedness. One year I asked Donna to do a chalk talk with me at Leptondale Christian Academy in Newburgh, NY. It was Christmas time. I read the book, The Christmas Miracle of Jonathan Toomey as Donna did a chalk drawing which was the stable scene in Bethlehem. If you have read the book, you know how it ties into the story. The children and staff were absolutely silent (which if you are a teacher you know is quite uncommon J) as they sat watching the scene unfold. It has been remembered for years! What a special Christmas gift for our school. You will not be disappointed if you ask Donna to do a presentation. I love her and you will too! God bless!
